Opened in October 2007 Taste restaurant has proven through hard work and committment to be one of the most popular and recognised restaurants in Wexford. Ideally located in the heart of Wexford town in the new dining quarter overlooked by historical Selskar Abbey and surrounded by great shops and bars and within close proximity to many hotels and guest houses. It is an ideal venue for holding various social events.

The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. This year, I performed for Arthur Blank’s Super Bowl party with Lilac Wine Trio in New Orleans, and just 2 months later, was invited to perform a solo acoustic set for The Masters and its VIP guests at an event sponsored by IBM in Augusta. I have a complete audio setup and an diverse musical repertoire that will satisfy virtually any demographic.
