Check-In Age: 21 years or older (18 years or older with valid military ID) Pet Policy: Service animals and Emotional Support Animals (“Assistance Animals”) are welcome at all HomeTowne Studios By Red Roof Properties and must be declared at check-in. Pets are permitted with a $10.00 fee per night up to $100.00. Deposit Policy: A $50 deposit is required for all guests at check-in. Deposit will be refunded pending room inspection. Housekeeping Policy: Housekeeping is limited to guests staying 7 or more nights but is available to all guests at an additional charge of $10 per occurrence.
