Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Conditions for Meeting Rooms: The obligation to pay compensation does not apply if the cancellation is made up to 61 days prior to the agreed date of use. For later cancellations, charges will apply based on the total contracted services as follows: Cancellation between 60 and 31 days before the event: 25% of the total amount will be charged. Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the event: 50% of the total amount will be charged. Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before the event: 75% of the total amount will be charged. Cancellation between 7 and 0 days before the event: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
