El restaurante Solaia, que lleva el nombre de un famoso viñedo de la Toscana, es nuestra respuesta a la experiencia gastronómica italiana que faltaba en Englewood. El restaurante Solaia sirve exquisita cocina italiana al estilo neoyorquino. Ubicado en el corazón de la elegante ciudad de Englewood, está a 10 minutos de Nueva York y a diez pasos del Teatro Bergen Pac (originalmente el Teatro John Harms). Las múltiples caras del restaurante Solaia se transforman para dar cabida a los compradores ocasionales de la cafetería exterior, así como a los elegantes asistentes al teatro, con una exquisita cocina del norte y del sur de Italia preparada por nuestro chef ejecutivo.
