Scarman es nuestro local insignia. Fue diseñado y construido para satisfacer las necesidades de las organizaciones de primera línea y los clientes empresariales, para eventos grandes y pequeños. Ya sea que se trate de algo pequeño e íntimo, profesional y práctico o a gran escala, el centro tiene un espacio para todos con 12 salas de conferencias de última generación, 42 salas sindicales y una impresionante sala de conferencias escalonada con 180 asientos. Ahora también puede aprovechar al máximo nuestro tranquilo espacio verde. Ofrecemos dos espacios para reuniones al aire libre diseñados para ayudar a involucrar a los delegados y aumentar la productividad. El galardonado equipo de catering de Scarman sirve deliciosos platos recién preparados en el restaurante Lakeview, los comedores privados, el bar y las salas de reuniones. Hay refrigerios disponibles en nuestras áreas de bar y salón. Con habitaciones que no parecerían estar fuera de lugar en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Scarman tiene 204 habitaciones con baño, 19 habitaciones ejecutivas, una suite e instalaciones para personas de movilidad reducida. Además de la sala de ejercicios del primer piso, los huéspedes tienen acceso a las instalaciones deportivas de la Universidad, que incluyen un gimnasio, una piscina y una sauna.
