En octubre de 2014, la revista Northwest Meetings + Events anunció el Centro Cívico Ted Ferry como «Mejor lugar de convenciones/conferencias en Alaska». El salón de baile contemporáneo del Centro Cívico Ted Ferry tiene 4,500 pies cuadrados de techos altos, buhardillas, ventanas distintivas y una arquitectura galardonada. El escenario de 1.500 pies cuadrados colinda con el salón de baile y cuenta con la última tecnología de sonido e iluminación. Las áreas de reunión privadas se crean mediante tabiques insonorizados. Con tranquilidad, el salón de baile se convierte en tres salas distintas con sistemas de sonido y controles de iluminación individuales.
