El Hotel Presidente Granada se encuentra en la calle Recogidas 11, en el mismo centro del casco antiguo de Granada, que también es la principal zona comercial junto a la principal zona de ocio y tapas, a pocos metros de la Catedral y a solo 10 minutos de la Alhambra en autobús. Fue completamente renovado en 2008 y cuenta con instalaciones de alta calidad que garantizan la comodidad de sus huéspedes. Cuenta con 32 habitaciones individuales, dobles, triples y cuádruples. Todas están insonorizadas y tienen aire acondicionado y calefacción. La decoración de la habitación es sencilla y acogedora, con paredes pintadas en color siena, muebles de madera oscura y pisos de madera. Los baños han sido reformados recientemente.
