"The Hotel in Sishui is a mid to high end hotel developed and constructed by Shandong Quanyuan Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (County Investment Company), and managed by the Blue Ocean Group management team. The hotel is located in the new district of Sishui County, north of Siyang Avenue, west of Zhongxing Road, south of Sishui Bin Park and Wanxiang City, east of Quanlin Scenic Area, west of Fengxian Mountain Scenic Area, and north of Longmen Mountain Scenic Area. The planned land area is about 47 acres, including office buildings, training centers, lecture halls, and shooting ranges. The total construction area is 41661 square meters, including 26818 square meters above ground and 14843 square meters underground. A total of four buildings will be constructed, with Building 1 being an office building with a construction area of 7063 square meters, and Buildings 2 to 4 being hotel areas with a construction area of 19755 square meters. It is a comprehensive business hotel that integrates catering, accommodation, conferences, and more. The hotel has various types of rooms, 11 room types, and 1 gym. Rooms on floors 3-4 of Building 2; Building 3, 1st floor hotel lobby, 2 conference rooms, 1 multifunctional hall, 2nd floor Zhongding Building restaurant, 3rd to 4th floor guest rooms; Building 4, 1st floor Blue Diamond International Food Self Service Baihui, 2nd floor Fishing Song Boat Restaurant, 3rd floor 1 Multi functional Hall, and guest rooms on floors 3-5. The restaurant is committed to creating an ideal choice for government receptions, business negotiations, leisure vacations, and social activities with beautiful environment, delicious dishes, warm accommodation, and comfortable services."
