En el oeste de Asturias, el Hotel Palacio Arias es una parada obligada para aquellos que desean disfrutar de un maravilloso edificio histórico, con un equipamiento moderno, y desean ser atendidos con exquisita amabilidad. El pueblo de Navia es el lugar perfecto desde donde se puede visitar el oeste de Asturias, tanto las regiones del interior como las costeras. El paisaje, la gastronomía, las actividades culturales y deportivas hacen de esta región de Asturias, limitada con Galicia, un lugar privilegiado dentro del «paraíso natural». El hotel cuenta con dieciséis confortables habitaciones totalmente equipadas. La joya del hotel son las 315 habitaciones. Todo hecho de madera, ofrece acceso a la torre del palacio y, una vez en ella, puede admirar todo el jardín y el río del pueblo. Cuenta con una sala de conferencias y otras salas diferentes que se adaptan a las solicitudes de los diferentes clientes (fiestas, reuniones). En el mismo lugar que los jardines del Palacio Arias, se encuentran los «Apartamentos Arias», más funcionales, con cuarenta y dos habitaciones y veintiún apartamentos nuevos con diferentes capacidades y bien equipados.
