Restricciones de instalaciones No se permite la restauración fuera de casa (todos los servicios de comida y bebida son proporcionados exclusivamente por Alto Marina by Noah). El uso de fuegos artificiales, pirotecnia o llamas abiertas requiere una aprobación previa por escrito y puede estar restringido debido a las normas de seguridad. Las instalaciones de decoración deben estar aprobadas previamente y no pueden dañar las paredes, los pisos o los accesorios. Los niveles de ruido deben cumplir con las normas locales y las directrices de la comunidad. Solo se permite fumar en las áreas exteriores designadas. Política de cancelación

Política de cancelación Cancelaciones realizadas más de 120 días antes de la fecha del evento: sin penalización (el depósito inicial no es reembolsable). Cancelaciones realizadas entre 80 y 119 días antes del evento: se retendrá el 50% del costo total estimado del evento. Cancelaciones realizadas entre 60 y 79 días antes del evento: se retendrá el 80% del costo total estimado del evento. Cancelaciones realizadas entre 45 y 59 días antes del evento: se retendrá el 100% del costo total estimado del evento. Terminación anticipada fuera de estas categorías: penalización del 20% del costo total estimado. Cambios de fecha/reprogramación Los clientes pueden solicitar un cambio de fecha sin penalización si la solicitud se hace con al menos 120 días de antelación, sujeto a la disponibilidad del lugar. Los pagos ya realizados se aplicarán a la nueva fecha. Fuerza mayor (incluidos los huracanes) En caso de una situación de fuerza mayor, como huracanes, desastres naturales, restricciones gubernamentales u otras circunstancias fuera del control de cualquiera de las partes, el evento puede reprogramarse en un plazo de 12 meses a partir de la fecha original. Las nuevas fechas se confirmarán según la disponibilidad del lugar.
