El Pinder Hall se construyó en 1936 para los residentes de Cookham. Un extracto del Maidenhead Advertiser fechado el miércoles 1 de abril de 1936 titulado «El nuevo salón de Cookham» decía: «El pueblo de Cookham se ha enriquecido con la construcción de una magnífica sala, gracias a la generosidad de un conocido residente local, el Sr. H Pinder-Brown. Con una posición destacada en la carretera principal de Cookham Rise, no solo satisface una necesidad sentida desde hace mucho tiempo en el vecindario, sino que también constituye una hermosa adición a la arquitectura del pueblo». El Pinder Hall consta de una sala principal, con capacidad para hasta 200 personas, asientos de teatro para películas y obras de teatro cuando solo se necesitan sillas y 120 para eventos que requieren mesas. La sala tiene un gran escenario en un extremo que se puede utilizar para representaciones teatrales. Hay iluminación teatral y cortinas, y también acceso a una sala verde detrás.
