Política de cancelación

Las reservas se confirman al recibir el depósito (equivalente a la mitad del importe mínimo de la reserva, a menos que se especifique o se acuerde lo contrario) y una póliza de seguro para eventos o daños reembolsables. El pago total se debe realizar al menos 25 días antes de su estancia/evento. Si el saldo no se paga dentro de los 25 días posteriores al registro de entrada, se aplicará una multa de 50 USD por día. Si el saldo no se paga dentro de los 10 días posteriores al registro, Retreat Ranch tiene el derecho de cancelar la reserva sin ningún reembolso adeudado al arrendatario. Si cancelas con 180 o más días de antelación, se emitirá un reembolso menos 500$ más una tarifa de procesamiento de tarjeta de crédito del 7%. Si cancela con 179 a 120 días de antelación, se reembolsará el 50% del dinero pagado más el 7% de las tarifas de procesamiento de la tarjeta de crédito. Si cancela en un plazo de 119 a 91 días, se emitirá un crédito del 50% de lo pagado (que no vence, tampoco se aplica a las fechas festivas, sujeto a restricciones). En menos de 90 días y antes, no hay reembolsos ni créditos. Una opción es que también podemos abrir la fecha sin reembolso para ver si se cambia la reserva, y luego emitiremos un reembolso completo menos un 10% de gastos de procesamiento y tarjeta de crédito si se cambia la reserva. Puedes cambiar la fecha con 120 o más días de antelación con un cargo por cambio de 250$. Para cambios con menos de 120 días de antelación a 60 días, hay una tarifa de cambio de 500$ para las fechas de temporada baja y una tarifa de 1000$ para las fechas de temporada alta.
