Our second restaurant in the Boston-area is located in the expansion of the Burlington Mall, one of Massachusetts’ premier high-end destinations for shopping and dining. The restaurant features an open-air churrasco grill in the heart of the dining room where guests can watch our Gaucho Chefs practice the art of churrasco as they butcher and grill a variety of fire-roasted meats. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture. The Burlington location also features an expansive patio with firepits for al fresco dining, soaring wine cases, a contemporary bar with lounge seating and dry-aged meat cabinets for in-house aging.

UTEC, fundada en 1999 y con sede en Lowell, fue el resultado de un movimiento organizativo impulsado por jóvenes para desarrollar su propio centro para adolescentes en respuesta a la violencia de las pandillas. Hoy, reconocida a nivel nacional como una agencia modelo de desarrollo juvenil, nuestra misión y promesa son encender y fomentar la ambición de los jóvenes más desconectados de Lowell de cambiar la violencia y la pobreza por el éxito social y económico. El alquiler de instalaciones ayuda a UTEC a mantener y hacer crecer su misión y programación. Un miembro del personal de UTEC o un joven del programa estarán encantados de dar una introducción a la organización y/o al edificio ecológico como parte de sus planes de eventos.
