Cancellation of individual bookings must be confirmed in writing 48 hours before confirmed date of arrival. With respect to group cancellations, a cancellation done 30 days prior to group arrival attracts 50% of the total invoice. Additionally, if the cancellation is done 14-29 days prior to group arrival, the total invoice will be charged. Notice of cancellation must be emailed to lapalmres@gbhghana.net.
