El Centro Comunitario Greengairs se construyó en 1935. En un momento, este edificio se utilizó para proyecciones cinematográficas y ahora responde a las necesidades del siglo XXI. Para fines sociales, la sala del primer piso tiene capacidad para hasta 120 personas para cenar o bailar y puede ofrecer acompañamiento musical con un escenario en la parte trasera de la sala.
