Acerca de nosotros
Nuestro restaurante familiar se fundó en 1968 en una antigua granja con muchos nidos de golondrinas, lo que, por supuesto, fue el motivo del nombre «Schwalbennest», que en alemán significa nidos de golondrinas. Y más que eso no estaba planeado en aquel entonces. Entre 1975 y 1986 hubo muchas obras de reconstrucción y renovación hasta que, finalmente, se convirtió en un hotel-restaurante. Mientras tanto, en la segunda generación y después de muchas renovaciones, la última en 2001, tenemos mucho que ofrecer. Nuestras habitaciones (de 10 a 120 personas) son ideales para empresas, clubes y familias para conferencias, festivales y festividades de cualquier tipo.
