A los pies de las murallas del castillo de Amboise, con vistas al Loira, The Choiseul es un conjunto de residencias privadas construidas en el siglo XVIII, que rodean jardines de estilo italiano. A las afueras de la ciudad de Amboise, las tres casas que componen «Le Choiseul» ofrecen un encantador complejo ubicado entre jardines italianos y el Loira. Un lugar rico en historia, «Caesar's Grain-store» es un escenario maravilloso para sus eventos de negocios. Para banquetes, además de 2 amplios comedores (con vistas al Loira y al jardín), le Choiseul le ofrece 2 salas con capacidad para 30 y 100 personas con vistas a los tilos. La más grande de las dos salas tiene capacidad para hasta 200 personas. Las salas de reuniones de la planta baja dan a tilos, donde se pueden tomar descansos bajo la sombra. Dos salas de subcomités de 16 a 60 m². Equipo técnico disponible para todas sus necesidades.
