El NH Collection Palacio de Aranjuez, de 4 estrellas, está situado en la parte antigua del centro de la ciudad, frente al lado sur del Palacio Real, y ocupa un edificio emblemático que data de los siglos XVIII y XIX destinado a ser el palacio presidencial del favorito del rey Carlos IV, Sir Manuel Godoy. Todas las salas de reuniones tienen luz natural, una decoración exquisita, acceso desde la calle, el salón de baile recientemente restaurado puede albergar eventos de hasta 350 personas, el salón de baile tiene salida directa a una terraza privada y entrada propia a la zona de reuniones. También cuenta con 86 habitaciones bien equipadas.
