Bistro 491 abrió sus puertas en marzo de 1999 como un restaurante íntimo de barrio que sirve un menú inspirado en las estaciones. Nos esforzamos por servir comida sencilla y elegante, combinada con una excelente carta de vinos y un servicio profesional. Nuestro objetivo es tratar a todos nuestros clientes como lo haríamos con los huéspedes de nuestra casa. Tenemos capacidad para 70 personas en el comedor principal, así como dos salas privadas: una con capacidad para 60 personas y la otra, para reuniones más pequeñas e íntimas, con capacidad para 10 a 15 personas.
