Yes, Only if a guest has been diagnosed with Covid 19. The room will remain empty for 3 days and get deep cleaned by external cleaning company who are contracted to come onsite and do it

Yes, We follow our custom procedures in regards to cleaning/disinfection of pillows, duvets and their covers, headboard and side tables, which is when a guest checks out all the rooms are stripped of the above and replaced with clean laundered items.
