De reciente construcción, convive en armonía con un edificio modernista de principios del siglo XX que se encuentra en perfecto estado de conservación. Este nuevo edificio se caracteriza por su espectacular acristalamiento, que nos permite tener una vista total de las instalaciones ajardinadas. El jardín es único.
