El NH Gran H. Casino Extremadura, de nueva construcción, se encuentra a la derecha del «Río Guadiana». Está a solo 10 minutos del centro histórico y tiene acceso directo a la autovía Madrid - Lisboa. El hotel está convenientemente ubicado dentro del complejo Gran Casino de Extremadura, donde también se encuentran una sala de bingo y un casino. El Gran Casino de Extremadura se encuentra en la primera planta, donde se compone de salas de juego que ocupan un espacio de 1500 m2. El hotel está equipado con spa, sauna, baño turco y spa para pies, entre muchos otros servicios. El hotel NH Gran H. Casino Extremadura cuenta con 13 habitaciones con capacidad para hasta 450 personas. Cuenta con dos áreas distintivas donde se encuentran las habitaciones. Hay un área cerca de la parte inferior del complejo, donde se encuentran 5 de las salas, cuyas dimensiones permiten utilizarlas para conferencias, exposiciones, cócteles o cualquier otro tipo de celebración.
