Manhattan by Sail has a diverse fleet of ships that sail the NY Harbor daily and a myriad of options to experience the thrill of sailing in the world’s greatest harbor. The Clipper City, a 158-ft. tall ship accommodates up to 149 passengers. A more intimate experience can be had on the Shearwater, a historic schooner with capacity up to 49 passengers.

Our vision is to create an inspiring and inclusive space for people to celebrate, cook and explore. We are located in San Francisco’s historic Ghirardelli Square, a place that exemplifies our beautiful city’s celebrated food culture. From private venue rentals to kids cooking classes, we welcome you to our space! Our studio can be rented for private parties, off-sites/team building, pop-ups, weddings, cooking competitions, and more. We also offer kids cooking classes that enable kids to explore the world of real foods, expand their palates, and forge a lifelong healthy relationship with cooking and eating. We are a fantastic team of educators, chefs, events managers and parents that work together to create an exceptional experience grounded in inclusivity, creativity and celebration. The Brooklyn Comedy Collective is a comedy theater and school in Brooklyn with a mission to produce irreverent, fearless shows from a wide range of voices and inspire students to approach performance from a place of joy and fierceness. From year-round comedy classes to workshops for businesses large and small to improv festivals and live comedy produced Tues-Sundays nights in East Williamsburg, we celebrate anyone who wants to let their freak flag fly. We offer a wide array of classes in improv, sketch, and stand-up and more - available year-round at our fabulous training centers in North Brooklyn - The Dog House (137 Montrose Ave, Brooklyn) & The Pig Pen (144 Boerum St, Brooklyn). Just a 1 minute walk away, we produce shows Tuesday-Sunday at our two-floor, kick-ass theater called Eris (167 Graham Ave, Brooklyn). We offer private shows and team-building improv workshops teaching the skills of improvisation to businesses and orgs of all size, including Fortune 500 companies, at our space our yours.

She has designed the foundation in which corporate teams cook together. Julie takes risks on a bet to herself that her vision has the potential to harness her creativity and build a successful business. Under Julie’s leadership, the valued roles of her skilled team lay the foundation for adapting to her client’s corporate culture. This in turn with the intention to deliver a fun and engaging experience. Julie is a BCIT graduate and has been an active player in the hospitality industry since she was twenty-two. In 1981, Julie founded Everything Done Right Catering, a high-end catering business. During that time, Julie developed a line of dressings and sauces sold to large retail store chains in Canada and Mexico. In 1989, Julie was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 award. In 2006, Julie was inducted into the BC Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier. An invitational organization of women leaders in food and beverage whose mission is further education, scholarship, and philanthropy.
