All activities must comply with hotel safety and fire regulations. Open flame, fireworks and combustible decorations are prohibited inside the hotel and on the outdoor lawn. Any outside catering requires prior hotel approval. Event time shall not exceed the agreed hours; extended hours will incur extra charges.

Cancellations are subject to the terms in the signed event order. A standard policy applies: cancellations made 30 or more days before the event may be released without charge; within 30 days, charges may apply based on guaranteed commitments.

The hotel offers 10 meeting and function spaces totaling 1,245 sqm, including an 800 sqm pillarless grand ballroom with high ceilings, divisible breakout rooms and a 500 sqm outdoor lawn. The venues support weddings, conferences, exhibitions and corporate events, with flexible seating layouts, natural light in selected rooms, loading-dock access and a dedicated banquet team.
