On a major thoroughfare in cosmopolitan West Beirut, Le Bristol is located in the heart of the city’s governmental, business and commercial district and only a 10 minute stroll from the glittering shopping and effervescent nightlife of Downtown Beirut. Just fifteen minutes from the airport and half an hour from the beach resorts in Jiyye or mountain resorts like Aley and Broumana, Le Bristol makes it easy to get here and to get away. Le Bristol has always been the place where conferences were held, treaties were signed and history was made. For our guests too, the hotel has been a place to make history, a place to celebrate weddings, anniversaries, the birth of their children and eventually, their children’s weddings too.

•The client agrees not to make any alteration to the internal preparations and/ or arrangements of the hotel premises. •The client agrees to remove all the decoration items, flowers arrangements, audio- visual equipments and personal materials brought to the hotel 12 hours after the end of the event. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage. •The client agrees that no single type of firework is accepted in the Hotel premises. •It is strictly forbidden to use confetti for any event or wedding. •It is completely restricted to bring in food from outside the hotel for any determined function or event. •The client is responsible for any damage that may be caused during his/ her event until all his/ her guests leave the banquet room and agrees to cover the cost of reparation. •It is not allowed to stick any material on the Hotel’s podium or any equipment •All materials including decoration items and electrical equipment should pass by the Security Gate at the Employees entrance of the Hotel not from the main Hotel entrance in any case.
Política de cancelación
•In case of cancellation, the client will be liable for the following compensation to the hotel: •Between 45 and 30 days cancellation prior to the event: 25% of the estimated total amount •Between 30 to 7 days prior to the event: 50% of the estimated total amount •7 days and less prior to the event: 75% of the estimated total amount •The hotel reserves the absolute right to unilaterally terminate the present offer, without prior notice or compensation, after a single written notice to pay, which fails to have any effect.
