El Hotel Nizza abrió sus puertas en los años 50 sobre los cimientos de la casa del abuelo Della Motta construida en 1910. En la actualidad, el Hotel Nizza ha sido completamente renovado, utilizando tecnologías modernas para una estancia con gran comodidad. El hotel está situado en una calle corta con tránsito reservado, de 50 metros de longitud, que termina en el mar. El restaurante ofrece cocina tradicional romagnola y añade platos gastronómicos modernos que combinan bien con recetas regionales.
