El Hotel Alaiz se encuentra en Beriain, en el corazón geográfico de Navarra, a 2 km del aeropuerto, a 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad de Pamplona y a 10 minutos de la Clínica Universitaria y la Universidad de Navarra. El hotel cuenta con 71 habitaciones totalmente equipadas y bien amuebladas. Las dos salas del restaurante pueden albergar a 250 y 50 invitados respectivamente, donde se pueden celebrar diferentes eventos.
