Diseño casual, elegante y moderno con el típico estilo «atrevido» de Berlín: con más de 377 habitaciones y suites, 18 salas de conferencias y un gimnasio y spa con la piscina más grande de la ciudad, el hotel combina un diseño interior vanguardista con una funcionalidad sencilla. Las 18 salas de conferencias con un total de 1.610 metros cuadrados están disponibles exclusivamente para reuniones y viajes de negocios, entre las que se encuentran una sala de baile con 686 metros cuadrados y el innovador «Business Playground». Esta última se basa en un concepto de reuniones lanzado por Pullman que rompe deliberadamente con las convenciones de las salas de reuniones y debates anteriores para crear un espacio para la creatividad.
