Una fábrica de más de 100 años, bien escondida en un patio trasero típico de Berlín y a solo 1,5 km de la famosa Friedrichstraße, encontrará un auténtico ambiente de polígono industrial: una mezcla de muebles de diseño propio y vintage da a nuestros cuatro lofts únicos un ambiente muy especial, del que han hablado muchas veces los medios de comunicación. El Monumento al Muro de Berlín es el sitio conmemorativo central de la división alemana, ubicado en el centro de la capital. Situado en el sitio histórico de Bernauer Strasse, se extiende a lo largo de 1,4 kilómetros de la antigua franja fronteriza.
