Terminación debido a la cancelación del evento. En caso de que el Cliente desee cancelar el Evento, deberá enviar una notificación por escrito a Convene tan pronto como sea posible. En caso de cancelación, el Cliente deberá pagar las tarifas de cancelación establecidas en la hoja de información del evento («tarifas de cancelación») para convocar, más los impuestos. Las partes tienen la intención de que las tarifas de cancelación constituyan una compensación y no una penalización. Las partes reconocen y acuerdan que el daño causado a Convene por la cancelación de un Cliente por conveniencia sería imposible o muy difícil de estimar con precisión en el momento de la cancelación, y que las tarifas de cancelación son una estimación razonable del daño anticipado o real que podría derivarse de la cancelación de un Cliente por conveniencia. Siempre que el Cliente no haya incumplido este Acuerdo de ninguna otra manera, el pago por parte del Cliente de las tarifas de cancelación (más las tarifas e impuestos administrativos) es la única responsabilidad y obligación del Cliente y el recurso exclusivo de Convene para cualquier cancelación del Cliente por conveniencia. Si el Cliente solicita reprogramar el Evento después de la ejecución del Acuerdo, el Evento se considerará una cancelación.
