You'll feel like you're at a quaint English cricket field, yet you're only seven minutes from the heart of Brisbane. Private, quiet and spacious with a glorious leafy outlook and ample free parking. It's all part of what makes The Pavilion one of Brisbane's most exciting new function venues whether it's for a wedding, conference, meeting, seminar, cocktail party, birthday party or an all-occasion celebration. The Pavilion Function & Conference Centre is located on Allan Border Field, Breakfast Creek, at the home of Queensland Cricket. It is situated off Sandgate Road between Brothers Rugby Club and the Albion Raceway.

The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. Liberated from the confines of a single location, Covert Cocktail Club now brings the speakeasy right to your door—be it at your home, office, bar mitzvah, dinner party, bachelor/ette party or anywhere you choose!
