The Pig in The New Forest tiene que ver con el jardín amurallado. Todo lo impulsa el jardinero, el recolector y el chef: ellos cultivan y encuentran la comida, y el chef crea el menú de 25 millas (lo que no podemos encontrar en nuestro jardín y terrenos proviene de productos locales).
