In 1992, New York Offstage began, when founder, Bev Sambrotto, left her role as Assistant Director of Visitor Services at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. New York Offstage flourished as the industry leader in these immersive, behind-the-scenes experiences showcasing New York’s cultural world. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
