Yes, We do not provide traditional meal service at our residential communities, but we have made a conscious choice to use recyclable materials versus single-use plastics for our complimentary hot beverage service.

Does your hotel generate (onsite) or purchase (offsite) renewable energy (beyond your utility's standard offerings)? If yes, please describe your practices for generating or purchasing renewable energy.

Currently, we do not have a full impact report, but we are working toward it. We publicize on our website certain metrics to show our engagement with charities. We promote our CSR and sustainability initiatives via blogs, newsletters, and social media.
