El restaurante El Timon de Roche abrió sus puertas al público por primera vez en 1991 y desde entonces ha estado dirigido por la familia Ruiz. Se encuentra en una zona idílica de la privilegiada zona residencial de Roche, entre Conil (6 km) y Novo Sancti Petri (3 km) en la provincia de Cádiz. Nuestro restaurante tiene dos comedores separados. El principal tiene capacidad para 65 personas y tiene un área de bar integrada. La segunda área de comedor, el Salon Pergola, se asemeja al espacio original de nuestro restaurante y tiene capacidad para 46 invitados. En el exterior hay una amplia terraza con capacidad para 130 personas. La maravillosa playa de arena blanca de Roche está a solo unos pasos y le invita a dar un paseo desde Torre del Puerco.
