Todo el evento se puede cancelar sin costo hasta 61 días antes de la fecha del evento. La cancelación o reducción de más del 10% del número mínimo de participantes entre 60 y 31 días antes del evento implicará un adeudo del 50% del precio total del evento, es decir, el depósito ya pagado.
