El hotel está situado en la avenida principal del centro de Cusco, justo enfrente del mercado de artesanías y cerca de la estación de tren a Puno. Se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie de la plaza principal, la Plaza de Armas. El hotel está situado en medio de los negocios, las compras y las atracciones históricas de Cusco, la antigua capital inca. El hotel está a 10 minutos en coche del aeropuerto. Todas nuestras 70 habitaciones cuentan con comodidades y comodidades modernas y ofrecen una vista de la ciudad o las montañas. Todo el hotel fue renovado en previsión de la gran reapertura de enero de 2010. El hotel, que fue construido en 1986 como el Cusco Savoy, ahora cuenta con una decoración moderna y contemporánea y un restaurante de alta cocina que sirve cocina peruana clásica.
