Central Plaza Hotel Dalian is located at No.145, Zhongshan Road, the “golden area” of Dalian, a coastal city that is known as “Northern Pearl” and it is in Qingniwaqiao Central Business District. The hotel building is of 35 storeys, among which 31 storeys are above the ground and 4 storeys are underground, with building area of 45,000 square meters. The hotel has 383 guest rooms, including 242 standard guest rooms, 78 advanced guest rooms, 23 deluxe suites, 39 luxurious apartment-type suites and 1 ultra-luxury presidential suite with an area of 518 square meters. The hotel also has 18 high-end office rooms with various sizes and 6 meeting rooms with up to 1300 square meters of meeting space to cater to banquets, private parties and corporate events.
