Hotel 10 Dourados is situated at the beginning of Avenida Marcelino Pires the main access route to the city, and 50 metres from the junction that serves as a link between the cities of Ponta Porã, Pedro Juan Cabalero PY, Campo Grande, Naviraí and Bonito, and even for the State border of Mato Grosso do Sul with the states of Paraná, São Paulo and Mato Grosso. Situated at a prime location it is almost in front of Parque de Exposições João Humberto de Carvalho, and close to major companies such as SEARA, Cargill, Taurus, C.Vale, and Automobile and Truck Dealers. In addition, it is only 10 minutes from the Bus Station and a Shopping Mall, and only 15 minutes from the city centre.
