De propiedad y gestión familiar, se ha transformado en un encantador hotel que conserva el encanto y la informalidad de una casa de campo auténtica y bastante especial: relajante y elegante, con interiores clásicos, muebles muy cómodos y habitaciones espaciosas. Y una pasión por los productos frescos que permanece intacta. El aeropuerto internacional de Edimburgo para vuelos nacionales e internacionales está a solo 15 millas del hotel y el aeropuerto internacional de Glasgow a 74 millas. El servicio personalizado del hotel y el enfoque de «puedo hacerlo» se ejemplifican muy bien en nuestras habitaciones, y nuestra prioridad para usted es que se sienta como en casa. 26 habitaciones para no fumadores cómodas y bien equipadas distribuidas en 2 plantas, para todo tipo de huéspedes: individuales, dobles, con dos camas individuales y espaciosas habitaciones familiares. Con 12 habitaciones en la planta baja, 2 de ellas equipadas adecuadamente para huéspedes con movilidad reducida. El hotel cuenta con una variedad de salas adecuadas para pequeñas reuniones y grandes presentaciones. Salas de reuniones, espacio sindical y áreas de descanso (de 2 a 75 personas). La magnífica sala principal independiente para eventos del hotel tiene capacidad para 75 personas en estilo teatro y 65 en estilo cabaret. El Garvock House Hotel cuenta con una elegante suite para banquetes con puertas francesas que dan a los jardines, tiene capacidad para 120 personas para la ceremonia de la boda y desayuno con un máximo de 150 personas para la recepción nocturna.

Located in Rutledge Hill – just a few blocks south of Historic Broadway, in the heart of Downtown Nashville – Husk, from The Neighborhood Dining Group, is reinterpreting the bounty of the surrounding area, exploring an ingredient-driven cuisine that begins in the rediscovery of heirloom products and redefines what it means to cook and eat in Nashville. At Husk, there are some rules about what can go on the plate. If it doesn’t come from the South, it’s not coming through the door. The resulting cuisine is not about rediscovering Southern cooking, but rather exploring the reality of Southern food. Seed-saving, heirloom husbandry, in-house pickling and charcuterie programs by Executive Chef Ben Norton and his culinary team are the basis of Husk’s cuisine. Husk Nashville, located at 37 Rutledge Street, was constructed into the side of a hill between 1879 and 1882 by Dr. John Bunyan Stephens. Its storied history includes serving as Mayor Richard Houston Dudley’s home, where he lived when elected in 1897. The area was settled by the Rutledge and Middleton families of Charleston who were descendants of two of the original South Carolina signers of the Declaration of Independence. Mayor Dudley added the Carriage House located on property in 1890–which will serve as a space to satisfy the restaurant’s culinary whims and host private/special events. The design of the Husk’s interior spaces enhances the building’s roots while demonstrating a sense of Southern style, modernity, energy, and cosmopolitan flair.
