El hotel consta de 2 edificios, el nuevo edificio de conferencias con 85 habitaciones de negocios y el histórico edificio Lloyd de 1913, que fue cuidadosamente reconstruido con un total de 60 habitaciones históricas diferentes. Fue el departamento de equipaje de Norddeutscher Lloyd antes y, a partir de 1970, la segunda sede de Hapag Lloyd. El hotel está situado junto a la estación principal y frente al Bremen Arena (14.000 asientos para conciertos y más), el Congress Centrum Bremen y la Feria de Bremen. Puede caminar hasta el centro de la ciudad en 5-10 minutos (800 metros). El aeropuerto de la ciudad de Bremen está a solo 7 km, por lo que en coche o taxi necesitará unos 10 minutos o puede tomar el tranvía directamente desde el aeropuerto hasta la estación principal.
