The Maltings es un lugar verdaderamente memorable en el corazón de la ciudad de Ely, a las puertas de Cambridge y Newmarket. Un altísimo techo abovedado y ladrillos a la vista proporcionan un escenario espectacular para todas las ocasiones. El esplendor del Salón Elíseo, con capacidad para 260 delegados al estilo de un teatro o 200 invitados para cenar, lo convierte en uno de los lugares más codiciados de la ciudad. El Salón Elíseo tiene las ventajas adicionales. La habitación Kempen, especialmente diseñada, con sus grandes ventanales con vistas al río Ouse y al puerto deportivo, combina sin esfuerzo la arquitectura original y moderna con una decoración neutra. Con una impresionante luz natural, este espacio versátil está separado del complejo de la sala principal y tiene capacidad para 75 delegados en estilo teatro o 35 personas en una sala de juntas. La sala Hereward y el salón Orsay son los espacios más íntimos disponibles en el lugar. Situados junto al Elysian Hall, ofrecen áreas de reuniones ideales para grupos pequeños o son ideales para reuniones más pequeñas y sesiones de formación para entre 2 y 20 personas.
