El hotel Vila Galé Évora abrió sus puertas en mayo de 2015 y se encuentra bajo las murallas de esta ciudad del Alentejo, a solo dos minutos del centro histórico. Dedicado a la cultura alentejana, este hotel de Évora le permite sentir la tradición y la historia de la región nada más entrar en ella. El cante alentejano, reconocido como Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, y la herencia musulmana del reino andaluz inspiran la decoración. El arte ecuestre también se muestra en el hotel Vila Galé Évora, como resultado de una asociación con la Escuela Portuguesa de Arte Ecuestre de Alter do Chão (EPAE).
