El Hotel Cave Bianche está situado en un entorno exclusivo, es decir, dentro de una cantera de piedra calcarenita blanca, y ofrece a sus huéspedes una estancia confortable y relajante. El hotel está en la parte sureste de la isla de Favignana, a aproximadamente un kilómetro de la bahía de Cala Azzurra y se puede llegar fácilmente a la zona urbanizada y a los puntos de entrada al mar más pintorescos de la isla. El hotel ofrece 32 habitaciones decoradas con buen gusto para la comodidad de los huéspedes. Las habitaciones se distinguen por la calidad y la refinada simplicidad de los muebles «minimalistas» hechos a mano. El hotel cuenta con una gran sala con equipamiento de última generación para organizar una reunión.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
