La última escapada europea de Auberge se inspira en el arte y la perfección de los grandes del Renacimiento, cuyo gusto por la belleza une el pasado y el presente. Escondidas en una entrada bordeada de cipreses al norte del empedrado centro histórico de Florencia, las puertas de hierro forjado se abren al Collegio alla Querce, un exquisito conjunto de edificios reinventados del siglo XVI de la UNESCO que alguna vez sirvieron como institución cultural, escuela preparatoria, capilla y teatro. Los terrenos del hotel, rodeados por acres de magníficos jardines barrocos, contemplan vistas panorámicas del icónico Duomo y el paisaje urbano de terracota y, en el lado opuesto, kilómetros de exuberantes viñedos de Chianti.
