For bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival, loss of 10 % of held accommodation will apply. 14 days and 48 hours prior to arrival, cancellation fee will be 50% of total accommodation will apply. Any cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival will incur the total accommodation cost. No show condition – In the event of a “no show” on the contracted date of arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of accommodation held for the duration of the event will be charged per room.
