El H+ Hotel & SPA Friedrichroda es un establecimiento sin barreras situado justo al lado del parque termal y a solo cinco minutos a pie del centro de Friedrichroda. Este hotel spa ofrece 153 habitaciones con un confort de 4 estrellas, dos restaurantes, un bar, una terraza para tomar el sol y atractivas instalaciones para conferencias. La zona de spa tiene una superficie de más de 1.600 metros cuadrados y ofrece una piscina cubierta y varias saunas, baños de vapor y salas de tratamiento. Las 120 plazas de aparcamiento del hotel son gratuitas. Las 153 habitaciones se dividen en habitaciones individuales y dobles, además de suites que también son adecuadas para familias (ubicadas en el edificio vecino). Todas las habitaciones son para no fumadores. Todas las habitaciones cuentan con escritorio, caja fuerte, teléfono y TV de pantalla plana con canales Sky incluidos. En el H+ Hotel & SPA Friedrichroda, su día comienza con un abundante desayuno buffet, que puede diseñar según sus propios gustos. Los restaurantes «Panorama» y «Guten Stub'n» ofrecen una variedad de platos internacionales y especialidades locales de Turingia. Cuando hace buen tiempo, también se ofrece servicio en la terraza.
