Schacht III se llama nuestro centro de conferencias y casa de huéspedes que recuerda los orígenes de nuestra casa como centro de formación juvenil de minería. Dentro de la casa, hay salas de seminarios, restaurante, taberna al aire libre, etc. que pueden ser utilizados por los huéspedes. También cuenta con 20 habitaciones dobles que están equipadas con diversas instalaciones. Las salas de reuniones pueden albergar de 10 a 200 personas para un evento.
