Cal Ros, restaurante en Girona con más de un siglo de historia. Cal Ros ahora sirve una versión actualizada de la cocina tradicional catalana de temporada, pero sin perder las raíces, los aromas y los sabores del pasado. Las piedras y los arcos que rodean el edificio son un recordatorio constante de la historia de Cal Ros. Queremos que nuestra filosofía de cocina y servicio tenga este sabor, pero sin olvidar que estamos en el siglo XXI.
