La mansión de Kirkhill es una mansión de estilo italiano del siglo XVIII catalogada como Grado B. Se amplió en 1828 hasta alcanzar su tamaño actual y cuenta con mucho carácter y muchos elementos de época en todo el edificio. La mansión fue originalmente una casa familiar, pero se convirtió en el Kirkhill Hotel en la década de 1970. La mansión Kirkhill se encuentra a solo 10 millas del centro de la ciudad de Edimburgo y a solo unos minutos del parque y la atracción de Edimburgo, lo que le ayuda a eliminar el estrés del estacionamiento en la ciudad. La mansión es un verdadero refugio campestre. Con más de 3000 árboles plantados en la finca y el río North Esk que recorre alrededor de la mitad de la frontera, es casi seguro que durante toda la temporada podrá ver ciervos, murciélagos, truchas, conejos, ratones de agua, pájaros tordos y numerosos pájaros cantores. La mansión puede alojar hasta 40 personas en la mansión en varias configuraciones, y tiene muchas camas y ropa de cama adicionales para todos en caso de que sean necesarias para un grupo más grande.
